Georgina Pazzi

Georgina Pazzi is the founder of Edumazing® and a Specialist Education and Wellbeing Consultant with nearly four decades of experience across government, Catholic, independent, specialist, early childhood, tertiary, business and not-for-profit settings. Her work focuses on strengthening leadership, learning, wellbeing, pedagogy and human potential through evidence-informed, human-centred approaches and neuroscience. She has extensive experience in school cultural change, curriculum innovation, digital learning, progressive pedagogies, coaching, diverse learning needs, behaviour transformation, differentiation, assessment and reporting.
Georgina has led key government education initiatives, consulted for the Department of Education in Victoria, and worked extensively in classrooms alongside teachers and diverse learners to improve practice, student outcomes and inclusive learning environments.
Her research and expertise in education, wellbeing, behaviour transformation and digital learning led to the development of Human Literacy™, an evolving framework that supports a deeper understanding of human growth, learning and wellbeing.
Georgina is known as an inspiring speaker, researcher, consultant and advocate for educators, young people and families.

Dr Anna Bortoli
PhD - Special Education & Teaching | B. Ed. | GDSE - Early Childhood | Dip Teaching
Dr Anna Bortoli is a Special Education and Autism Consultant with extensive experience supporting schools, educators, children and young people with Autism, ADHD and diverse learning needs.
She currently works as a consultant for a state specialist school, sessional lecturer and independent consultant. Anna provides professional learning and in-situ training for teachers, with a focus on Structured Teaching, Executive Skills for Learning, curriculum development and Individual Education Plans.
Anna delivers tertiary training and masterclasses in Autism and ADHD. She is a TEACCH® Advanced Consultant Level practitioner and has received training through Division TEACCH® in North Carolina, enabling her to coach teachers in the implementation of the TEACCH® framework using the Structured Teaching approach.
Anna is committed to the professional growth of practitioners in special education and to strengthening inclusive, supportive and effective learning environments.

Boney Nathan
Master of Applied Linguistics | B. Ed. TESL (Hons) | Graduate Certificate in Education - International Baccalaureate (IB)
Boney Nathan is a Specialist Instructional Practitioner in Literacy and English as an Additional Language, with more than 33 years of experience across international schools, colleges, universities, Malaysian schools and Australian public schools.
Boney has worked as a Deputy Principal and Teacher Consultant for Classroom Management and Student Engagement Strategies with the Western Australian Department of Education. She has facilitated online international webinars and face-to-face workshops for educational organisations and has supported EAL students through the Department of Education New Arrivals Program.
She is currently an active member of a school leadership team in Melbourne, working as an EAL Learning Specialist and Curriculum Coordinator. Boney is also an author, having written resources that support teachers with effective instructional strategies and collaborative learning approaches.
Boney is passionate about literacy, EAL learning and strengthening teacher knowledge through practical, evidence-informed strategies. She now continues her professional work in Brisbane.

Laura Farchione
Master of Education - Special Education and Inclusion | Bachelor of Biological Sciences | Postgraduate Certificate in Education - Secondary
Laura Farchione is an experienced educator and leader with more than 24 years of experience in education. She believes in a holistic view of learning and wellbeing and is passionate about supporting individuals to grow through strengths-based and inclusive approaches.
Laura currently lectures in Learning Diversity within the Education Faculty at La Trobe University. She also co-directs TargetEd Pty Ltd, focusing on tutoring and coaching learners with diverse needs, with particular expertise in supporting students with learning diversity.
As an educator, special education specialist and ADHD coach, Laura recognises that every learner is different. She works with individuals and small groups to build capacity, develop organisation skills, strengthen academic confidence and support learners to achieve their personal best.
Laura values learning partnerships built on trust and respect, and brings curiosity, care and practical expertise to her work with students, families and educators.
